PASI Full Body 27 Images AI Demo Guide

1. Go to https://demo.belle.ai and select the AI module.

2. Upload the corresponding images and enter a Subject ID.

3. Then, the AI will analyze the image, providing an overall PASI score sum across four body regions (with a range of 0 to 24).

• The PASI result breakdown is made up of four regions that are assigned their own score: (1) head/neck, (2) upper extremities, (3) trunk, and (4) lower extremities. Each region is assigned values on (a) redness, (b) thickness, (c) scaling, (d) % of area involvement, and (e) multiplier, a fixed value based on body area.

• “Segmentation” outlines the AI’s identification of psoriasis in each image in blue.

• “Body part” outlines the AI’s identification of the appropriate body part per image type in red.

• “Skin area” outlines the AI’s identification of human skin in each image in green.

• The Oops Score checks if the image contains human skin. An Oops score of 1 means the image does not contain any skin.

• The Image Quality Score evaluates image blur and sharpness. The larger the score, the better (0.0 - 1.0).

4. You may revisit previous analyses via the History tab (located on the sidebar) which automatically saves previous results.
