EASI Full Body 4 Images Demo Guide

1. Go to https://demo.belle.ai and select the AI module.

2. Upload the four corresponding images (upper front, upper back, lower front, and lower back) and enter a Subject ID. Note that this module requires standardized images (posing the same as the outlines)

3. Then, the AI will analyze the image, providing an overall EASI score sum across four body regions (with a range of 0 to 72).

• The EASI result breakdown is made up of four regions that are assigned their own score: (1) head/neck, (2) upper extremities, (3) trunk, and (4) lower extremities. Each region is assigned values on (a) redness, (b) edema/papulation, (c) excoriation, (d) lichenification, (e) % of area involvement, and (f) multiplier, a fixed value based on body area.

• By clicking on the “Show heatmap” drop-down menu, you may visualize a heatmap for Erythema, Papulation, Excoriation, or Lichenification.

• “Show body part” outlines the AI’s identification of various body segments per image type in green while “Show skin area” outlines the AI’s identification of skin in red. Click the respective checkboxes to see these outlines.

4. You may revisit previous analyses via the History tab (located on the sidebar) which automatically saves previous results.
