Alopecia AI Demo Guide

1. Go to https://demo.belle.ai and select the AI module.

2. Upload a corresponding image. You will have the option to add multiple images if you wish (look for the plus sign that will appear after the first image is uploaded).

3. The AI will then analyze the image.

• The model provides a hair loss severity score from mild to severe for each image uploaded, indicating the percentage of hair loss on an image. This score is calculated based on the heatmap predicted by the AI (the higher the heatmap values, the more hair loss).
• You have the option to view the image with the AI-predicted heatmap output which was used to calculate the hair loss severity score. A heat map can be shown on each image uploaded, differentiating various regions of hair loss (the whiter the region, the more hair loss).

4. You may revisit previous analyses via the History tab (located on the sidebar) which automatically saves previous results.
